  • Lead hardware refresh and network modernization initiatives, including migration from SSL VPN to Tailscale and improved network segmentation.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement open-source and commercial platforms, including Proxmox, Zammad, BookStack, DocuSeal, Netbox and GitLab, to improve virtualization, ticketing, documentation, and monitoring. Automation

Development

  • Develop and maintain internal tools and services using FileMaker, Docker, and Svelte on Linux, including integrations with Salesforce and internal applications.
  • Create Microsoft Power Automate workflows to streamline operational processes, including workflows for missing and damaged item handling.
